Our Filament Non-woven Geotextile is engineered utilizing a high-precision, direct-spinning thermal process where first-grade polyester chips are converted into unbroken, continuous micro-strands. This infinite fiber network is then densely needle-punched, creating a fabric with an extraordinarily high tensile modulus and exceptional multi-directional puncture resistance. Unlike staple fibers, the unbroken filament matrix ensures the material absorbs tremendous physical impact and lateral movement without stretching or tearing. It serves as an elite-level hydraulic separator and reinforcing base, preventing different soil horizons from intermixing while allowing massive water volumes to pass through smoothly under heavy structural loads.
